Community Wood Bank
GCCI is actively working to establish a Community Wood Bank
. The
purpose of this Wood Bank
is:
- Provide a place to dump logs removed as part of wildfire mitigation/defensible space efforts
- Provide firewood to GCCI members that are unable to cut their own firewood and cannot afford the buy enough firewood to heat their homes in the winter
- Not to affect the income of businesses that make their living from selling firewood

afford to buy all the firewood you need to heat your house during the
